April 2010 Adelaide Water of a City : Designed by A7Designs

Recently A7Designs attended the launch of Adelaide, Water of a City, a book, edited by Christopher Daniels, UNISA’s Professor of Urban Ecology. A7Designs were responsible for the design and layout of the book are are proud that it has been launched.

Adelaide Water of a City is the second book in series (the first was Adelaide, Nature of a City). The book has contributions from 130 authors, who are mostly South Australian. The book offers a comprehensive analysis of water from a range of perspectives in South Australia. The book seeks to inform and debate the many opinions about water and how if affects our state. It also offers expert advice on managing water.

The book has been published by Wakefield Press is available from Mindfield Books in Blackwood, as well as other quality book shops.

January 2010 BioDiversity Gallery, South Australian Museum

A7Designs designs interactive touchscreens for the SA Museum

The SA Musuem launched the Biodiversity Gallery, featuring 15 interactive kiosks designed by A7Designs. Each touchscreen shows videos and images that explore the diversity of life in South Australia. The touchscreens feature the projects of Masters students from UniSA.

The gallery is open daily from 10am to 5pm (except Good Friday and Christmas), and is located on North Terrace, Adelaide.
