* In order for you to use email letterhead you must use an email program that supports email stationery, such as Outlook or Outlook Express (which comes on most computers) for windows. To view your new email letterhead the recipient of your email must be able to view html (i.e. web page) emails. Most people are able to view these, however occasionally some email programs allow text only and the email letterhead may not appear in their email program as it does in yours.
